250 g wholemeal spelt flour
100 g sugar
10g baking powder
6 tablespoons sunflower oil
100 ml oat milk or other milk (alternatives)
1 sachet vanilla sugar
150 ml sparkling water
500 g regional fruit to taste

Mix all ingredients (except the fruit) well. Put the dough into a greased springform pan and spread the fruit on top. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 50 minutes.

For the fruit topping I used apples and piefruits mixed with honey.
